1. Educational Purpose and Risk Disclosure
Go.Up Financial Solutions Corp. operates Go.Up Academy as an educational platform and publisher. It is important to understand that we are not a registered broker-dealer or investment adviser. We do not provide personalized or regulated financial advice.
The content of our courses, seminars, and communications is for general information purposes only. While we provide the knowledge so you can be the captain of your own ship, the final success will always depend on your own study and analysis. Please remember that investing involves risk, including the possible loss of the money you invest. Past performance does not guarantee future results. We encourage you to always verify information independently and consult a licensed financial advisor before making major investment decisions.
2. Email Subscription and Guidance
By sharing your email and joining our community through our "Let's Grow Together" updates, you give us permission to send you educational materials and news. Our goal is to provide constant value straight to your inbox.
In accordance with Canadian laws, we respect your time and your digital space. Since we handle your requests personally, you have the right to stop receiving our emails at any time. You can do this by sending us a message at info@goupinvestments.com. Once we receive your request, we will remove your contact information from our active mailing list as quickly as possible.
3. Academy Memberships and Payments
To support you at every stage of your growth, we offer three levels of access. You can subscribe to these on either a monthly or annual basis. Once you complete your payment, we will use the email address you provided to reach out and officially welcome you. It is vital that you monitor your inbox, as this is how we deliver materials and coordinate your benefits.
- Momentum: at $49 CAD per month, this includes our basic and advanced learning packages and a personal welcome call.
- Elevate: at $99 CAD per month, this adds monthly growth seminars and access to our private investment tools.
- Growth: This is a specialized plan for companies and groups. We invite you to contact us directly for a customized proposal.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. If we modify our fees in the future, we will notify you by email at least 15 days in advance.
4. Personal Calls and Mentorship
Human connection is at the heart of what we do. Our plans include one-on-one sessions that are scheduled directly via email. Once you are part of the academy, we will write to you to find a day and time that works best.
To respect the time of our mentors and other students, we ask for at least 24 hours of notice if you need to reschedule. Please note that sessions not used within their corresponding month cannot be carried over. We want to help you maintain a steady and disciplined pace of growth.
5. Third-Party Links
Our website or materials may occasionally contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for your convenience and education. However, use of these links is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of those external sites, and they are subject to their own terms and conditions.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
We want you to be here because you truly value the learning process. If you decide you no longer wish to continue, simply send us an email requesting to cancel.
For new subscribers, we offer a 30-day refund period after your initial purchase. If you feel the academy is not the right fit, we will honor that. For automatic renewals, we do not offer partial refunds, but you will keep access to all materials until the end of the period you have already paid for.
7. Intellectual Property and Conduct
Every video, guide, and tool within Go.Up Academy is the result of significant effort by Go.Up Financial Solutions Corp. Your access is strictly personal. Our content may not be copied, redistributed, or resold.
Furthermore, we require an environment of total respect. We do not tolerate offensive language or harassment. Go.Up is a safe space for learning, especially for those who have historically been excluded from the financial system.
8. Legal Framework
You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to our services. These terms are governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada.
